Module 28 complements chapter 10 of В пути. In it the student will:

• review long-form adjectives скучный, интересный, красивый, шумный, тихий, спокойный, жаркий, холодный, теплый, сухой; and
• form the adverbs from those (скучно, интересно, красиво, шумно, тихо, спокойно, жарко, холодно, тепло, сухо); and
• learn the predicative use of those adverbs; and
• use predicatives with location phrases; and
• use так to mean ‘so’ with those; and
• use так же... как and не так... как; and
• use такой to mean ‘so/such’ in contrast with так; and
• use такой же... как and не такой... как; and
• put all those together with short cloze texts.

Module 29 is a generic module that gives the student the opportunity to practice adjectival endings. In it the student will:

review the adjectival endings of the major stem-stressed and end-stressed adjective classes (новый, молодой, русский, плохой, хороший, большой). They will do both listening recognition with written context, spelling from listening with written context, and spelling from listening without written context.
